This crossover is completely, utterly ridiculous

Let’s get this out of the way first: Erick Neal is NOT a current high school player. He just was until about two months ago.

Neal, a Dallas star at Lincoln High, is a future point guard for UTA, the University of Texas at Arlington. UTA is hardly a power, even in their own conference. Just keep that in mind when you watch how badly Neal crosses up members of the Deron Williams Elite AAU squad.

Neal is a graduate of the Deron Williams program, so he took time out from his summer workouts to play a little ball with the current crop of DWE players. That crossover was the best of his moves, though there were others. And that is the true showcase of the difference between a true Division I college hoops player and a would-be player who isn’t there yet. No one on that court can guard Neal, and he knows it.

Unfortunately there will be defenders in college who can stop him, though maybe not too many if UTA gets its way.
